Funeral services for Gary Willis Ayars, 54, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, April 17, at the United Methodist Church of Riverton with Pastor Bill Carlson officiating. The Riverton Volunteer Firemen will present memorial services with B.P.O. Elks. Military honors will also be accorded at Mountain View Cemetery by the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Cremation will take place and interment will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 18 at Mountain View Cemetery. He died Thursday, April 13, 2006 in Rifle, Colo. of natural causes. He was born on Aug. 28, 1951 in Wallace, Idaho, the son of Willis Eldon Ayars and Rosalie Martha (Kienas) Ayars. He spent his youth growing up in Idaho, Arizona, and Corpus Chiristi, Texas, where he graduated from Carroll high school. In 1971 he proudly joined the United States Marine Corp, and served his country by becoming a Veteran of Foreign War, serving a tour in Vietnam. He returned to Kalispell, Mont., where he married Sharon Kathleen Schultz on Aug. 9, 1974. They had two children together. He then used his talent as a salesperson in the oil and fire safety industries. Most recently he sold fire and safety equipment to fire departments throughout Wyo. and Mont. for L&N Curtis and Sons, and oil rig supplies for R&R Rig Service. He was deeply dedicated to his community, volunteering and occupying leadership rolls in the Elks Lodge, Masonic Lodge, Kalif Shrine, and Riverton Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed participating in and talking about hunting, fishing, camping, and golfing. His greatest joys in life were his grandchildren, family, and many close friends. Survivors include his wife, Sharon of Riverton; his parents, Willis and Rosalie of Spokane, Wash.; daughter, Shauna Junek and her husband of Spearfish, S.D.; son, John Ayars of Riverton; four grandchildren Kaylee, Kelly, Wil and Rylyn; brother, Richard Craig Ayars of Odessa, Texas; sister, Darci Lynn Koski of Spokane, Wash; and a niece. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Memorials may be made to a fund for the benefit of his grandchildrens' education, c/o Davis Funeral Home, 2203 W. Main, Riverton, 82501.

Lawrence Joseph Elzner, 53 of Houston, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2004 after a long illness.He was born in Corpus Christi on January 21, 1951 to Della Simcek Elzner and Emil Edward Elzner.
He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Encarquez (Jenner); his son, PFC Lance Elzner USMC; his mother, Della Elzner; his brothers, S. James Elzner (Irma), Richard (Beverly) Elzner, Dennis (Nancy) Elzner, and Leonard (Susan) Elzner, and two sister, Linda Zaludek and Rebecca Elzner Jackson (Dan). A memorial rosary will be recited at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, May 13, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. and a Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, May 14, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Adam Elzner, Jimmy Elzner, Danny Elzner, Dennis Brezina, Danny Kucera, Dan Jackson.

Gary Geesee,
Sr., 57 passed away May 4, 2007 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
He was a Diesel Mechanic and worked seventeen years with The Western Company of
North America and ten years with Bay LTD., Gary was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran
and served Two Tours in Vietnam. He was a loving husband, father, brother,
grandfather and he will be dearly missed by all who loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife of thirty three years, Claire Geesee of Corpus
Christi, Texas, daughters; Carrielynn Campbell of Corpus Christi, Texas, Vickie
Allen (Scott) of San Antonio, Texas, and Niki Solis (Andrew) of Los Angeles,
California, a son, Gary Geesee, Jr., (Judy) of Banquete, Texas. Also a daughter
to us Mindy Reynolds of Corpus Christi, Texas and also Jim Burris of Corpus
Christi, Texas, his grandchildren; Brianna, Kaipo, Caleb, Tabbitha, Sevana,
Alexander, Hunter & one on the way, his brothers; John Geesee of Corpus
Christi, Texas and Tom Geesee.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M., Monday, May 7, 2007 at the Guardian Chapel
with a Funeral Service to begin at 2:00 P.M., with Burial to follow at Memory
Gardens Cemetery with Military Honors.

BEEVILLE - Lynn B. "Hutch" Hutchins, an Army veteran and retired Texas Department of Criminal Justice employee, died May 25, 2006. He was 55.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; a daughter, Lyndsey Hutchins of Beeville; a son, Bryan Hutchins of Corpus Christi; his mother and stepfather, Marjorie and Herman Jones of Beeville; and a sister, Alyce Olson of Marietta, Ga.
Services will be at 11 a.m. May 29 at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will be in Beeville Memorial Park.

Our beloved Glenn L. Killough, Jr. passed away September 10, 2007 at the age of 56 from lung cancer. Glenn was born August 18, 1951 in San Antonio, Texas to Alene and Glenn L. Killough, Sr. Moving to Corpus Christi with his family, he attended Calk Elementary, Hamlin Junior High, and Mary Carroll High School, graduating from Gregory-Portland High School in 1969. He married Mary Waggoner in 1974, and they celebrated 33 years of marriage. Glenn worked for CPL/AEP Texas for 26 years and was a member of First Baptist Church in Portland. He served as the founding President of the Coastal Bend Mustang Club. Glenn was a good man and loved by many. He loved God, his family, friends, the Dallas Cowboys and Mustangs. He was preceded in death by his father, Glenn L. Killough, Sr. His survivors include his mother, Alene Killough; wife, Mary; son, Brandon (Annie) Killough, granddaughter, Trinity; sister, Patty (Dale) Curl, three nieces, two grandnieces, three cousins, Patrick Killough, Michael (Gigi) Killough, and Beverly Morelieus, father-in-law, J.D. Waggoner, and two sisters-in-laws, Jennifer (Mike) Luke and Freda Waggoner. Col. Ronald L. Krnavek, U.S. Air Force, Retired, passed away September 20, 2005. Ron was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on January 9th, 1951. He attended public schools in the CCISD and graduated from Mary Carroll High School in 1969. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University in 1973. He served as both Corp Commander and a Ross Volunteer. Ronald was employed for 25 years with the H. B. Zachry Company. He is survived by his wife, Kathy A. Krnavek, Shertz; daughter, Sarah Krnavek, Dallas; Clinton Krnavek, Shertz; sister, Roxanne Krnavek, Corpus Christi and brothers, Bryan Krnavek & wife, Jennifer and Bruce Krnavek, all of Corpus Christi. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. (with a Rosary being Recited at 7:00 p.m.) on Wednesday, September 21, 2005 at Schertz Funeral Home. A Mass will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2005 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Selma. Pamela King McLain, beloved Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister,
TEACHER, Mentor and Friend was called to live with our Lord and Savior on March
20, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Pam was born on March 22, 1951 in Refugio, Texas and was educated at Corpus
Christi Carroll High School, Del Mar Junior College (Associate's Degree); Baylor
University (Bachelor's Degree – Education) and The University of Texas at San
Antonio (Master's Degree – Education). She began her 35-year teaching career
in Cotulla and also taught in Poteet, South San Antonio, Waco, Houston, and
Arlington. For the last 23 years, she was a Reading Specialist at her beloved
Passmore Elementary in Northside ISD, San Antonio.
Pam was a member of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas.
Survivors include her husband, David W. McLain; her son, J.P. and wife, Charissa
(Dallas); her daughter, Emily McCoy, husband Ian, and grandson Aidan (Evans
Mills, New York); her parents, Don and JoAnn King (Corpus Christi); her sisters,
Diane Boatman and husband Roy (Hurst), and Susan Soliz (Corpus Christi); mother
and father-in-law, Warren and Lucille McLain (Colorado Springs); and three
nephews; four great-nephews; two great-nieces; two aunts; two uncles; nine
cousins; and one sister-in-law. She was preceded in death by her grandparents,
Fred and Bartha Wenette and George and Valeria King; and two uncles, Harold King
and Presley Wernette.

Jo Ann Regmund
Schnelle (56) passed away in her sleep Sunday night, June 17, 2007 while
visiting her daughter and son-in-law at their home in Kyle, Texas. Jo Ann passed
from this life into the next after a twenty-eight year battle with Diabetes.
She was born to Lydia Sijansky Regmund and Louis Regmund on April 25, 1951 in
Corpus Christi, Texas. Jo Ann graduated from Carroll High School in the class of
1969 and attended Texas A&I University, Kingsville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Lydia; and one sibling,
Charles Regmund.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Kate (Blaine) De Leon of Kyle, Texas;
brother, Don (Lila) Regmund of Petoskey, Michigan; and sister, Barbara (Ralph)
Willis of Corpus Christi, Texas. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews,
aunts, and cousins.
Until prevented by her illness, Jo Ann was an active member of Asbury United
Methodist Church, serving on finance and building committees. In addition to her
church activities, she was active in the Emmaus Community and PTA at Most
Precious Blood School. She was a proud Tigerette mother to which she gave her
unconditional support.
Jo Ann purchased ProCouriers, a real estate related courier service, in 1996 and
operated it until 2002.
Funeral services will be at Seaside Memorial Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June
22, 2007 followed by interment at Rosehill Cemetery.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Jack Cortese for his many years of faithful care,
as well as to the staff of Dialysis Specialists of South Texas (Ashley Center).

Troy Wernette, 15, of 3826 Panama Dr. was drowned in the Gulf of Mexico along Padre Island Tuesday morning, June 6th, 1967. He was born in Hondo, July17th, 1951. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Wernette Jr., and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Lindeburg of New Fountain. His mother is the former Mildred Lindeburg.
Troy's aunt, Mrs. Floyd Saathoff of Hondo, said that Troy had volunteered to dive to get some fishing lines untangled and that he failed to surface. No other details of the tragedy were available here Tuesday afternoon.
The Henry Lindeburgs who had been in Georgia were reported en route home Tuesday evening.
Hurley Funeral Home confirmed pending arrangements for funeral services to be held in Hondo Thursday afternoon at two o'clock. Interment, Quihi Cemetery
Troy is survived by his parents, grandparents, C. L. Wernette, SR. of Devine and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Lindeburg: a brother Blake who is 10: and two sisters, Joan who is 20, and Starr who is 18 monthsl old.

He was taken off of life support at 9:00 PM Tuesday nite and died 4 hours later.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jose Maria
Galan.
Bobby was a graduate of Mary Carroll High School. Bobby’s outgoing personality
and salesmanship, was instrumental in his success in the insurance industry
where he currently held a Regional Marketing Representative position with
Southeast Surplus Underwriters. Bobby will be remembered as a loving father,
always willing to help those in need. His friends and colleagues will remember
him as having a positive attitude and always finding the good in people.
He is survived by his mother, Anita Galan; sons Robert J. Galan of Corpus
Christ, Texas and Jacob A. (Arlene) Galan of West Lafayette, Indiana; daughters
Sarah A. Galan and Elizabeth E. Galan both of Corpus Christi, Texas;
granddaughters Addison Rose and Penelope Quinn and brothers Joey (Gloria) Galan,
Gilbert (Leah) Galan and sister JoAnn (Carlos) Mireles. Numerous nieces and
nephews who will lovingly remember him for his humorous and loving ways.
A memorial service will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 8200 Old
Brownsville Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas at 3:30PM on Sunday, March 9, 2008. In
lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to the American Cancer
Society.
